Passenger Door Window Switch Not Working

Suddenly the front passenger window opened has stopped working.

Hi there this issue generally comes up often when we see a power window that does not work on the passenger switch but still works with the driver s master switch. If you have a power window not working issue the fault is usually a broken window regulator bad window switch or a problem in the power window wiring. From the front of the door back there is the mirror switch the door locks the window switches and then a large switch that says lock. It s only on the driver s side and it is to lock up the switches on the passenger side so if you have kids they can t play with them.

Would the honda dealer be better prepared to repair or could any good garage easily diagnose. Within an arm s length of the bin you toggle the power window switch with one hand while the other hand fingers a token preparing to whip it into the basket just as you floor the throttle. Or is it diagnosed in another way like by looking at all of the electical connections. Passenger window not working most vehicles have a lockout switch on the master switch to prevent passenger windows from opening if the driver locks them out.

The driver side window was stuck down and all door locks would not work all the other windows went up and down as they should but still no drivers window or door locks. The fact that the drivers switch operates the window properly lets you know that the window components all function. Is this something which is diagnosed by placing on a diagnostic machine at the dealers. I cannot open the window from my side or the passenger side.
